I have been using Tri-Cities Eyecare for many years with excellent service and eye glass prescription that have been right on. Recently used another provider due to being on my vision insurance. Was experiencing an issue with the glasses I purchased based on their prescription. Decided to pay out of pocket to get a second opinion from Tri-Cities Eyecare. I explained my issue with the new glasses that they confirmed was not correct based on my past history of their exams. Their prescription matched my history and I’m having Costco redo the glasses I recently purchased. The OD’s and staff at Tri-Cities Eyecare are top notch. Very satisfied Customer!
